Established in 2001 by Chris Stott, Milestone Management has grown and prospered through helping business owners capitalise upon the potential within their own businesses.

Following a highly successful career over 20 years in Banking, Chris moved into the Building Society sector in 1991 as an Assistant General Manager, and subsequently to the role of Operations General Manager with another Top 20 Society.

A founder Director of SPS (UK) Ltd, Chris played a major role in developing “in house” Strategic Planning and business consultancy services with Accountants, and other professionals. Also as one of the owners of Equas SmartPro Ltd he is now responsible for the development and support of their Franchisee network of ISO9001 and 14001 Quality Management Systems consultants He also currently undertakes Strategic and Consultancy projects working at board level with SME’s with a number of businesses across the region.

A member of The Institute of Directors, his particular expertise is with:
