Saint John of God Hospitaller Services
Saint John of God Hospitaller Services is a national charity supporting vulnerable people to lead independent lives and live the lives they choose. The charity has a long history dating back to 1880 where its first work was at Saint John of God Hospital in Scorton, North Yorkshire. Its commitment to treating people with respect and dignity, and in a way that meets their needs and wishes, remains at the fore of its mission.
North Yorkshire Supported Living Services enables adults with special care needs, learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health issues to live in their own home with the support they need to do so. The needs of the person using the services are paramount in the design and delivery of the support, which can range from 24-hours per day to one or two hours per week and is delivered by a competent, caring and committed staff team.
