Vacancy at Lewis Surveying Associates

Lewis Surveying Associates here at Aske Stable are looking for someone to support the business on part time basis with bookkeeping and administration.
This can role can be fulfilled with a combination of remote (at home) and office-based working.
The role includes;
- Using QuickBooks for raising invoices and tracking expenditure.
- Using Internet banking for cash management.
- Preparation of accounting information for the Directors and company accountant.
- Maintaining office filing.
There is also the need for report typing however, this can be met by using outside typing agency if the applicant does not wish to take on this additional task.
The role currently amounts to 8 -10 hours a week.
The rate of pay will be competitive and attractive for the right applicant.
